You are welcome to attend every class in the course or term, or you can just drop-in when you can. Each class is self contained, suitable for those who have never meditated before or for those with more experience.

A rare ancient meditation technique to guide us to pure freedom and happiness

Meditations to heal both ourself and others
Week 7) Awaken your Potential
We all have the potential to become an enlightened being - this class wil introduce how we can awaken this potential

Understanding reality will help us solve all our problems at their root

An 8 week course with a half term.

Week 1) Enjoying Life:
An introduction to meditation and its great benefits.
Week 2) A Pure Intention:
The difference between a wise person and a foolish person lies in their intention - meditations to help you cultivate a pure intention.
Week 3) What is Tantra:
Meditations helping us to develop our imagination.
Week 4) Identifying the Mind:
Discover the nature of your mind and how deep happiness can be found within.

HALF TERM

Week 5) Preparing for Meditation:
Inspiring techniques to bring life into our meditaiton.
Week 6) A Spiritual Journey:
Making the first steps on our spiritual journey to permanent liberation.
Week 7) An Inner World:
Meditations helping us reduce distractions and find peace.
Week 8) What is Emptiness?:
An insightful, thought provoking final class - offering a new refreshing perspective on our existence.
