Courses and Retreats
Jangchub Ling organises various courses and events in addition to the weekly mediatation classes.
Half Day Courses - Including meditation and practical teachings that show us how to create and maintain a peaceful mind in our daily activities. These courses are suitable for beginners or those who want to deepen their understanding of meditation.
Day Courses - These courses provide an opportunity to explore particular meditations in more depth. They are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, explaining practical, positve ways of thinking that can be applied to our daily lives. Each course includes two sessions of teachings and two sessions of meditations, all of which include some simple prayers which you are welcome to join in if you wish.
Retreats provide us with the opportunity to deepen our meditation experience. Retreats are organised for differing levels of experience from beginners' to Highest Yoga Tantric practitioners.
Empowerments are a special way of drawing close to particular Buddhas so that we can receive powerful help in our spiritual path.
