Heart Jewel Class
Heart Jewel prayers are a daily practice engaged in by thousands of Kadampa practitioners across the world. They are the heart practise of this tradition, containing the essence of all Buddha's teachings. In these special prayers we receive blessings from Wisdom Buddha Je Tsongkhapa & come under the care of his Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden. Through receiving Je Tsongkhapa's blessings & Dorje Shugden's protection we can make swift progress on the path to enlightenment.
In these monthly classes we will be receiving commentary to the Heart Jewel practice according to the book of the same name. Everybody welcome - please see the calendar for dates and times.
Facility fee: £5 per class (£3 unwaged).
Location: classes are held at Jangchub Ling and in Hereford - for details of the Hereford location please contact the centre.
