Weekly Meditation Classes
The weekly meditation classes provide an introduction to Buddhist meditation and teachings. Classes are organised on a termly basis and are self contained so they can be joined at any time during a term. Classes take place both at the centre and in other venues throughout the West Midlands, Hereford and Worcester. - please see the list of venues on the right. Everybody is welcome and classes are ideal for beginners.
All classes begin with a simple guided meditation to reduce stress, tension and distractions. This is followed by a practical teaching on how we can apply meditation to our daily lives. After the teaching, there is time for questions and answers or sometimes small group discussion. Class ends with a brief meditation to create the wish to use what we have learned to improve our life and the lives of others.
After the class we invite you to enjoy snacks and refreshments while relaxing or discussing the ideas presented in the teaching with like-minded friends.
