Meditations from the Buddhist tradition for everyone. Classes consist of guided meditations and advice on how to use meditation to find calm in our busy daily lives.
Attend the series or drop in for individual classes.
Week 1 - Monday, 12th January
How to Start and Maintain a Meditation Practice.
Week 2 - Monday, 19th January
Building proficiency in your meditation practice bit by bit.
Week 3 – Monday, 26th January
Cultivating Positive Mental Energy.
Week 4 – Monday, 2nd February
Eliminating negative mental energy with meditation.
Week 5 – Monday, 9th February
Energising your meditation practice with mantra.
Facility fee: £6 per class (£3.50 unwaged)
No need to book – just turn up.

Parking at the venue can be very limited, but the Corn Market car park on City Walls Road is less than one minute’s walk from the venue. The car park and intervening street are lit and parking is just £1 between 7 and 9pm.
