Half Day Course in Stratford:
'Just Breathe'

Please note: This course was originally advertised as being on the 19th but had to be changed to the 26th owing to circumstances beyond our control.
Just by meditating on the breath for ten to fifteen minutes each day we can experience a lucid mind and a deep contentment. We will find it easier to cope with stress, many of our daily problems will melt away, we will feel increasingly well disposed towards others and our relationships will improve. Learn how to harness this powerful meditative practice in this simple, accessible course.

Course Structure: The course has two sessions with a break in between. Each session includes two guided meditations and some teaching on the topic. Time is made for Q&A.

Parking: There is ample off street parking around the venue.
